東長崎の北口を出てすぐ目の前のイタリアンレストラン。
居酒屋の居抜きの店舗だったため、残置された内装や家具を生かして、残っているのもを全て同じ色で塗装し、窓と出入り口を新しくし、イチジクの葉っぱ型のテーブルを既存のカウンターにのせ、車止めにはテーブルをのせて居場所をつくった。
居酒屋の椅子や小窓、照明などといった家具スケールのもの含めてリノベーションしている。
An Italian restaurant right in front of the north exit of Higashi-Nagasaki.
The interior and furniture were left over from a former izakaya (Japanese-style pub), so all the remaining items were painted the same color, the windows and doorways were renewed, a fig-leaf shaped table was placed on the existing counter, and a table was placed on a car stop to create a place to stay.
The renovation includes furniture scale items such as tavern chairs, small windows, and lighting.

午前中は畑を耕し、午後はシェフをする店主。彼が生産に力を入れているイチジクと鴨を分かりやすくテーマにすることで、店主の名刺がわりのような店舗としている。
外の席で、毎日開店前にパスタを捏ねる店主の姿は、外で働く商店街の人々の姿や、外でコーヒー豆を選別しているマイアマイアの様子とも重なり、東長崎のおいしくて寛容な営みの風景をつくりだしている。
The owner tills the fields in the mornings and works as a chef in the afternoons. By using figs and ducks, which he focuses on producing, as easy-to-understand themes, the restaurant has become a kind of business card for the owner.
The sight of the owner sitting outside, kneading pasta before opening each day, overlaps with the people working outside in the shopping district and the maia maia sorting coffee beans outside, creating a delicious and tolerant scene of activity in Higashi-Nagasaki.
